Learn to get Great Ideas by Using your Power Zone

YOUR POWER ZONE

Last week we talked about our 2 inner voices that constantly talk to us; our Voice of Inspiration and Voice of Doubt.  Was there an instance this week where your Voice of Inspiration was super strong and motivated you to take action on your “great idea?”

How would you like it if everyday you could be motivated, excited and most importantly, FULL of great ideas?!

Today, I am going to show you how you can get great ideas everyday!

Can you think back to things that you do that make your Voice of Inspiration strong and make you excited?

I know for sure that each one of us have our special moments.  These moments are when you feel invincible, motivated and you come up with great ideas.  This is your POWER ZONE.  This is the special moment where all the great ideas from your subconscious mind comes out and where our hidden potential is unleashed!

HOW TO GET INTO YOUR POWER ZONE

Normally your POWER ZONE involves an activity that you enjoy doing and you are doing it in a place that is outside your normal environment. (for example, it is normally never at your office or in front of your computer)

Some of my most powerful POWER ZONES occur when:
- I bike (watch video above).  I don’t listen to music when I bike so that allows my mind to wander and the great ideas come out
- when I shower
- after I read
- after being around nature (whether it is a hike, or staring at the ocean for 30 minutes, a walk around the park)

When I do these activities, my mind wanders (or dreams) and great ideas are unleashed.  By the way, almost all my blog ideas are created when I bike… that is why I love biking so much.

When are you in your POWER ZONE?

Sincerely,

ps… don’t forget… the most important thing to do after being in your POWER ZONE is to take massive action!  Don’t let your great idea go to waste!  We will talk more about this in next week’s blog

pps… Today is the debut of my first video blog! Everything was produced by myself and shot by Ryan Heinrich. Please comment below and let me know what you think of the video. (if you think it sucks, it’s ok, just let me know. I want your honest feedback)

awesome. I guess my mind is so bright while driving alone in my car. Is this power zone? Another place where I consider myself in the power zone is when everybody (my kids) are already asleep and the house is so quiet while I’m alone in my study table. By the way, you’ve got a nice benz. . .thanks for your time.

Thank you for sharing this idea. I think my power zone is when I am alone beside the water maybe in river, sea or just besides the pond.
You know I tried visualizing my future because I dream of traveling around the world and one of the suggestions I got from my research was to visualized it and now I think this power zone idea can help me a lot.
So thank you so much and more power.
